This position reports into the Brand Activation Leader Selfcare Belgium and is based in Antwerp

Nicorette, Bronchosedal, Sinutab, Imodium, Daktarin, Aveeno, Neutrogena, Listerine, ...)

Key responsibilities:

1.

Shape strategic Marketing plan of Nicorette in collaboration with Brand Activation Leader BE & CE Nicorette Squad and develop a deep understanding of the Patient pathway and key touchpoints to influence

2.

Deliver business targets and develop mitigation plans

3.

Drive Mental availability by Leading & executing impactful patient brand communication closely collaborate with Customer Activation Manager to drive Physical availability

4.

Drive HCP Engagement by managing E2E collaboration both with internal (prof.

Marketing, CAM, ...) & external stakeholders (Tabacstop, Prof.

Organisations, ...)

What will you do

The Brand Activation Manager responsibilities:

1.

Shape strategic Marketing plan of Nicorette in collaboration with Brand Activation Leader BE & CE Nicorette Squad and develop a deep understanding of the Patient pathway and key touchpoints to influence

• Generate patient insights and understand the patient journey to develop best-in-class patient centric plans through all key touchpoints (incl HCP)

• Develop and implement Nicorette Brand Plan based on regional playbooks

• Ensure successful NPI launches

• Develop business cases for new products based on market potential analysis

2.

Deliver business targets and develop mitigation plans

• Closely monitor NRT business performance & competitive activities to develop corrective actions where needed

• Support NRT S&OP (forecast) process

• Closely monitor marketing investment (BME) in line with strategic brand objectives

• Implement performance analysis of brand & category activation strategies such as assortment, distribution and promotional effectiveness & profitability

3.

Drive Mental availability by Leading & executing impactful patient brand communication closely collaborate with Customer Activation Manager to drive Physical availability
