What will you do
The Manager, Procurement Strategy and Performance Management is responsible for the leadership of functional alignment and excellence, shaping and roll-out of regional and functional strategy, business planning, performance management, stakeholder engagement and change management.

This role will focus on driving robust Business Planning, Portfolio and Performance Management frameworks while partnering closely with the Strategic Value Management and Category and regional teams.

The role will oversee consistent deployment of standards, frameworks, processes, best practices, tools, competence building and coaching within the respective category teams.

In addition, the role will also carry critical cross-functional interface responsibilities with other functions (e.g., Finance, Strategy, etc.).

The role will be focusing on leading the regional orchestration of Indirect procurement and Payment term implementation and regional coordination as well as support the EMEA regional Value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the development of Long-term Vision for the Indirect categories and lead bottom-up Indirect initiative identification and planning across all the regions.

• Focus on stakeholder engagement enablement and alignment

• Lead the Regional Indirect yearly Business Planning process and Strategic initiative planning

• Lead the Regional Payment term improvements implementation across categories

• Support BP process for Procurement in EMEA region as per requirements

• Select & deploy processes & tools to support Portfolio Execution.

• In collaboration with Strategic Value Management and the PMO (Project Management Office (PMO)) Council, develop and deploy a Strategic Portfolio Performance Mgmt.

framework and process; focus on standardization and stratification of dashboards, scorecards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator (KPI)).

• Initiate and lead KPI (Key Performance Indicator (KPI)) Improvement programs and drive alignment, planning and tracking across all stakeholders involved.
