Sales Contract Administrator

The Sales Contract Administrator position requires a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to administer, negotiate, and manage all aspects of the convention center license agreement process.

This role demands expertise in blocking space, maintaining the diary in Momentous—the organization's software system—and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

The incumbent will negotiate the terms of the license agreement with clients and participate in weekly meetings with the Deputy General Counsel to finalize these agreements. 

Additionally, the role involves supporting interface and audit tasks for accounts managed by the Sales Managers, VP of Sales, and Event/Convention Management teams.

The Sales Contract Administrator is also responsible for collecting and posting all deposits and rental fees, working closely with the financial management division on account receivables.

The role requires the ability to think ahead, make process improvement recommendations, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent reports to the Senior Director of Sales
