Regulatory Specialist, Global Regulatory Strategic Compliance (GRSC)

The position is a global role partnering with colleagues situated in various regions and sites.

The position requires a highly motivated candidate possessing sufficient regulatory experience, who can effectively lead & support processes and innovation projects.

The candidate is required to interact with global, regional, and local market colleagues to accomplish the plans within responsibility.

The candidate will also be responsible for compliance metrics within scope.

This position reports into a Senior Manager, GRSC and is based at Paranaque, Philippines.

What You Will Do

Principal Responsibilities:

Support and Collaboration

• Provide support to Senior Manager, GRSC as delegated or needed within areas of responsibility.

• Handle other job scopes as required to drive and support Kenvue consumer business.

Change Management

• Take clear functional accountability in change triage and management, ensuring streamlined communication and connectivity with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Oversee change control processes as a global functional change control resource.

• Drive global process harmonization efforts.

• Maintain and improve the Global RC Coordinator List.

• Lead regional activation initiatives to ensure alignment with the overall global approach.

• Serve as the APAC Regional RC Coordinator and represent the region in global cross-functional forums.

Communication Hub

• Maintain and expand the scope of the GRA Market Mailbox, ensuring effective communication across the organization.

• Lead and improve stakeholder engagement sessions, such as the "You're Empowered Sessions" (YES) or equivalent forums.

Regulatory Database Management

• Act as a functional resource for regulatory database management.

• Serve as the regional liaison between APAC Regulatory Affairs (RA) and the Global RegPoint Admin team.
