Regulatory Specialist, Global Regulatory Strategic Compliance (GRSC)

The position is a global role partnering with colleagues situated in various regions and sites.

The position requires a highly motivated candidate possessing sufficient regulatory experience, who can effectively lead & support processes and innovation projects.

This position reports into a Senior Manager, GRSC and is based at Paranaque, Philippines.

What You Will Do

Training Simplification

• Enhance functional competency by optimizing training relevance and simplifying training processes.

• Oversee training simplification and curriculum governance as a global functional resource.

• Support the GRA Training Simplification (GTS) Core Team and maintain the GTS forum.

• Lead regional activation efforts to align with global training strategies.

• Ensure the rollout of relevant Learning Management System (LMS) training.

• Monitor and track compliance with on-time completion of Compliance Wire.

• Serve as an LMS Administrator and represent the function in global cross-functional forums.

Document Management

• Manage document management processes, including leading SOP update projects and QMS transformation activities.

• Oversee the review and transition of all GRA-owned and relevant documents, including SOP pre-reviews.

• Act as a representative in global cross-functional forums, ensuring alignment and collaboration on document-related initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

The candidate is required to interact with global, regional, and local market colleagues to accomplish the plans within responsibility.

The candidate will also be responsible for compliance metrics within scope.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Training Development, Project Management).

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or business support roles.

• Extensive experience in global or multi-regional functional roles.

• Proven track record in developing and optimizing training programs, including curriculum governance.
