MAXIMUS is currently looking for a Limited-Service Sr.

Workforce Analys supporting the CDC Info program.

This position manages and monitors call volume and staffing data in a senior team member capacity.

The Sr.

Workforce Management Analyst is also responsible for updating and maintaining the WFM systems daily to ensure consistency as well as creating and presenting reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes, act as the primary point of contact.

- Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements.

- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.

- Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication.

- Obtain status updates and resolve questions from operational areas.

- Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.

- Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Educate CSC staff on contract performance expectations.

- Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.

- Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
