Sr. Manager - OEM Sales

Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners & ensure achievement of Sales Targets for OEMs thru direct and indirect sales with main focus on Industrial Automation.

1.

Sales Planning: Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets • Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements • Allocating targets by customers and activities .

Preparing month wise target plan.

Drive AMPS Plan / Initiatives.

2.

Achieving Sales Targets: • Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets.

Maintain forecast accuracy for OB & Sales month on month.

3.

Drive ONE Schneider approach, Innovative offers and Ecostruxure Machine solutions and saturate Partners.

4.Collections for Direct Customers and Partners.

Manage Partners in the territory, Drive distributor commercial plan, SD targets and MDF events.

5.

Customer Management: • Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan • Conduct regular meetings with OEMs to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products • Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network

6.

Promotional Activities: • Organize Plant Visits / Technical Training / Factory visits , etc., for customers • Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria: Diploma/Engineering Grad.

In Electric Engineering with good knowledge of Industrial Automation & LT Switchgear He / She Has the ability to understand the need of OEMs of various applications and creates a pull by embedding technical specifications.
Has High level of technical skills in Automation & LT Switchgear and Is able to handle Key Accounts and has the ability to convince them with Compelling arguments.

He / she Is able to negotiate and build relationships and also able to carry Corporate image and should be solution provider.

Excellent influencing and convincing skills
