Technical Manager (UPS/ Cooling)

Responsibilities


* Act as technical advisor to provide consultancy service for SEHK Service Operation teams (e.g.

Service Representatives, Technical Support Engineers, etc.) regarding Installed Base onsite services


* Provide expert advice for trouble shooting technical issues, equivalent to L2 technical support


* Regularly and actively participate customer meetings for addressing technical issues and solving technical problems including direct communication and explanation on technical issues and solutions with the customers.


* Review TEX and IR and provide timely comments/ advice


* Regularly and actively participate internal meetings, mainly the service operations meetings, for sharing and advising on key or critical technical issues and the best practices


* Provide timely and professional trainings to SEHK Service Representatives and relevant communities for enhancing their technical capabilities/ knowhow of current and new offers.

Conduct necessary assessment on and technical mapping at the individual level of the participants


* Develop talent pipeline including succession planning of senior technical role (e.g.

Technical Service Manager)

Qualifications

Qualification


* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline


* At least 5-7 hands on technical and site service experiences in UPS and/ or cooling domain with direct interaction with customers


* Proficiency in English, Cantonese speaking is preferred


* Willing to commit to be based in HK for 2-3 years for HK Operations


* Proficiency in English and Chinese Language (Mandarin or Cantonese)
