Wastewater Treatment Supervisor

Are you ready to lead a talented team and oversee operations in an anodic electrocoating paint system and industrial wastewater treatment? Join us as a Waste Water Supervisor at our facility and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all 3 shifts.

What will you do?


* Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians in the industrial electrocoating and wastewater treatment department


* Act as the subject matter expert for ECoat painting operations at the site


* Collaborate with various teams to maintain consistent quality and performance


* Ensure proper operations of all equipment and functions within the department


* Coordinate wastewater sampling with approved vendors and work closely with the site's EHS Manager to ensure compliance with discharge monitoring reports

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Industrial/Manufacturing experience


* Technical/Mechanical aptitude


* Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take ownership

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* 2 plus years supervisor experience


* A or B level Physical/Chemical Wastewater Treatment License


* Associate's degree - Bachelor's degree preferred
