F&B Supervisor - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Supervisor to join our team.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our dining experiences meet the highest standards of luxury and excellence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:


* Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction.


* Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver memorable dining experiences.


* Manage inventory, orders, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.


* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.


* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a pristine environment.


* Contribute to the development of promotional strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.


* Gain understanding of the departmental goals and financial targets and support your Line Manager to achieve these targets.


* Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member.


* Ensure new staff complete their Orientation program on a timely basis.


* Assist with the preparation of efficient departmental work schedules.


* Coach and counsel staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.


* In the absence of your manager, conduct effective staff briefings to communicate guest requirements and shift priorities


* Being attentive to guests and anticipate guest’s needs.


* Accurately and promptly fulfilling guests' requests.


* Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the guest experience.


* Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude. 


* Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.

* Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.


* Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.


* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


* A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service and creating unforgettable dining experiences.


* Knowledge of industry trends, health and safety regulations, and best practices.


* Proficiency with POS systems and related software.
