What you will do

The UX Design Lead is responsible for using human-centered, data-informed UX design to continuously improve Kenvue's responsive websites around the world, helping us win new consumers everyday.

The UX Design Lead will create, test and optimize user flows, prototypes and page templates for some of Kenvue's global websites including KenvuePro, our resource for medical professionals.

This role will also establish new ways of working to help ensure the local teams responsible for Kenvue's consumer websites are launching best-in-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and oversee the UX and UI design of responsive website enhancements and new functionality

• Design of user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques

• Advocate for globally consistent digital experiences by leveraging reusable components and creating templates

• Use rapid prototyping, sketches, sitemaps, userflows, wireframes and collaboration tools like FigJam to speed concept development, cross-functional alignment and design decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including other designers, marketers, project management, business and content strategists, and software developers to help create cohesive experiences

• Oversee and mentor junior designers

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Digital, UX, Graphic Design or related field

• 5 - 9 years of UX for digital products, including responsive web design and user feedback best practices

• Portfolio of best-in-class, responsive websites and mobile applications which were developed and are actively being used in the market

• Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to mobile-first, responsive web design

• Effective collaboration with agile development teams is required
