The APAC Regional Health Care Compliance Program Senior Manager is a core member of the APAC HCC MedTech team, reporting directly to the APAC Regional Health Care Compliance Program Director (MedTech).

This role will be primarily focused on Shockwave integration and post integration activities to ensure effective compliance program leadership is embedded across ASPAC.

The role is responsible for integration projects and implementing various sector specific projects, consistent with the compliance program and business needs and standards in APAC region, delivering business process improvement in the region, improving efficiency and effectiveness of the HCC programs, whilst supporting successful change management implementation.

The role will be engaged in identifying new focus areas and contributing to the implementation of changes, working closely with global and regional leaders, to mitigate compliance risk and align with priority business areas, thereby contributing to the implementation of the APAC PMO strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Collaboration with country HCC officers and teams, across MedTech APAC , for Shockwave integration and post integration activities to ensure effective compliance program.
