In this role, you will:


* Provide technical leadership in the Hand Towel Recycled Fiber Asset Area and WWT facility.


* Responsible for managing the process design, development, optimization and implementation of major processes and systems in the recycled fiber department.


* Overall responsibilities include the delivery of mill asset performance objectives, delivered cost and quality of the recycled fiber provided to the downstream processes as well as input cost management.


* Additionally, up to 25% of this role’s time could be focused on continuous improvement projects in the wastewater treatment/steam plant.


* The incumbent will be located at the Loudon Mill and will report to the Fiber and Utilities Operations Team Leader.

CUSTOMERS

Key customers include Mill Leadership Team, Recycled Fiber and Hand Towel Machine Asset Teams, Operating Partners, Maintenance Partners, Mill Technical Team, Operations Specialists and Sector Leadership.
