Essential Functions:


* Responsible for supporting the organization throughout the entire revenue cycle process from scheduling and registration through insurance process and final billing.


* Maintains a strong knowledge of insurance and billing processes helping to troubleshoot issues where necessary.


* Provide support, maintenance, and system configuration for facility structure, charge master, billing, registration, scheduling, reporting, and claims in our EHR systems.


* Assist with application implementation and system customization including the development of charges, codes, Insurances, and enforcement of adherence to workflows.


* Work within the I.T.

and Informatics Team to support the EHR including, but not limited to, the Revenue Cycle processes.


* Support end-user revenue cycle training programs.
