What's the role?

As a Digital Marketing Associate, Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing strategies by analyzing lead generation data and customer behavior across digital platforms.

Your responsibilities include examining funnel performance, lead conversion rates, and customer journey insights to refine targeting strategies and enhance conversion optimization.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, conduct rigorous A/B testing, and produce detailed reports that guide decision-making.

With a focus on leveraging data for actionable insights, you will contribute to maximizing ROI and improving user experience across various digital channels.

The Digital Marketing Associate, Data Analyst will work closely with the marketing teams (ICS, Product, and Channel Marketing), supporting teams (such as programmers and local/Global IT staff), and vendors to support the success of high-impact campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Associate, Data Analyst will support the North America overall marketing strategy as a passionate advocate of the customer, and a champion for our products and brand.

Support the development and execution of digital programs, tools, platforms, technologies and/or promotions to enable ZEISS to meet/exceed sales and profitability objectives.


* Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
+ Work with the marketing and sales teams to analyze various campaigns and activities
+ Measure campaign performance metrics against specified KPI's and/or industry benchmarks to determine performance and assess effectiveness
+ Manage the metrics and performance data for ongoing and ad hoc campaigns and activities
+ Make recommendations for optimization
+ Strategize with the marketing and sales teams on how and when to implements optimization recommendations
+ Manage the metrics and performance data to accommodate optimization changes within campaigns and/or activities
