品質システムシニアスペシャリストは品質保証部の品質システム関連の業務を行う。品質システムシニアスペシャリストは,品質保証マネージャー又は品質保証部長にレポートする。

品質システムシニアスペシャリストは,品質システム関連業務全般を行う。


* 品質マネジメントシステムの管理•維持•改善


* QMS 文書•記録等の管理


* QMS 関連の IT システムの導入のリード,維持•管理


* 内部品質システム監査,外部監査(当局•本社による監査 / 査察)への対応


* 外部監査(サプライヤ監査含む)の実施


* 教育訓練関連業務( QMS 関連)

Job Responsibilities:

Sr.

Quality System Specialist represents the company as a person responsible for overseeing the company's quality management system which are complying with the Japan regulations and also meeting the requirements of company policies and systems.


* Sr.

Quality System Specialist works at Tokyo Office and reports to QS Manager or Associate QS Manager.


* Manage QMS documents, records, etc.


* Lead, maintain and manage the implementation of QMS-related IT Systems


* Respond to internal quality system audits and external audits (e.g., audits/inspections by health authorities and the US headquarters).


* Performing internal and external audits including supplier audits


* Controlling QMS related training activities

必要とされる経験,スキル等


* 医療機器関連会社における 3 年以上の品質保証•品質システム関連業務の経験,あるいは同等の経験


* 薬機法, QMS 省令, ISO13485 の基礎的な知識


* ビジネスにおける英語での読み書きが可能な方


* 基礎的な PC ( Microsoft Excel , Word , PowerPoint , Access )スキル

希望される経験,スキル等


* 外資系の医療機器関連会社の勤務経験


* 心臓関連医療機器製品 (Class IV) の知識


* 英語力:ビジネスレベル


* 改善活動などを含むプロジェクトをリードした経験



* 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality System related work in a medical device industry or equivalent


* Good knowledge of Japan PMD Act, QMS Ordinance and ISO13485: 2016

• Basic English writing and reading skill for business.


* Basic PC skills (Excel , W ord, PowerPoint, PDF etc.)



* Experience working for foreign medical device companies.


* Knowledge of cardiac related medical device products (Class VI).


* English Skill: Business


* Experience leading projects, including improvement initiatives.
