Data Visualization

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Engage in data wrangling and generating insights to assist the sales strategy team with important business decisions.

Support lines of business or business units focused BI reporting and dashboards.

Drive the set up and production of dashboards measuring KPIs for the business units.

Work with engineers and data scientists to turn insights into self-service dashboards or data products.

Build clean, actionable dashboards.

Query Salesforce data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that enable better decision-making.

Evangelize the insights through storytelling.

Create easy-to-consume media that inspires into action anyone from senior executives to fellow analysts.

Drive automation of new and existing processes.

Work with AI, cloud technologies and cloud computing.

Leverage Snowflake and AWS for essential, complex data tasks and utilize AI/ML technologies including Chat GPT and Tableau Pulse to develop automated and personalized insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Visualization, Data Analysts, Programmer, or related occupation.

The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Visualization, Data Analysts, Programmer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Advanced SQL for extracting data from diverse and complex sources; Data Analysis and Data Visualization concepts including Tableau and Power BI; managing large datasets and databases; ETL or Data Wrangling tool including Alteryx; Database and Cloud Systems including MS Azure and SQL Server; Python Coding; Stakeholder management; gathering business requirements, and project management tools like JIRA board; Machine learning models and predictive analytics, Python coding, Customer Relationship management; building data visualization tools to meet business requirements; Advanced Excel such as pivot table, lookup or indexing.

Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
