As a valuable member of our electrical team, you will work with our multidisciplinary teams across the Northeast.

You can sit in our Westfield, Westwood, or Woburn Massachusetts offices and work in a hybrid office/remote, including flex-time summer Fridays.

Our Electrical Team
Our electrical engineers design electrical systems for new construction and building renovations.

Our quickly growing team has highly skilled engineers that support a variety of project teams through the design, construction, and post-occupancy of various building types to ensure energy efficient building design and operation.

What will you be doing?
You will play a key role with electrical engineering designing for a variety of state and municipal, higher education, K-12, industrial, private, renewable energy, and water and wastewater treatment projects.

Some of your daily activities would include electrical power distribution system design, lighting design, fire alarm system design, low voltage (security and IT) system design, power system studies, instrumentation and control wiring diagrams, and periodic construction observation.

You will also oversee the design of fire detection and alarm systems, ensuring all electrical designs meet industry standards and contribute to sustainable and efficient building operations.

Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate these systems seamlessly into overall building designs and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will need to have proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

What do you need?
You will need a BS degree in Electrical Engineering along with four or more years of experience. You should have passed the FE exam and be working towards your PE license.

You should have experience with performing load calculations for electric services, generators and short circuit current, circuiting from distribution and branch power panels and the ability to complete panel schedules, mechanical equipment schedules and lighting fixture schedules.

Familiarity with the National Electrical Code is expected.
