Personnel Psychologist

Summary

This is a time-limited position in the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) in the Office of the Director (OD) at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

CFPB's mission is to help consumer financial markets work by making rules more effective, by consistently and fairly enforcing those rules, and by empowering consumers to take more control over their economic lives.

Responsibilities

As a Personnel Psychologist you will:


* Conduct program evaluations on issues (e.g., harassment, disparate impact, disparate treatment, proactive prevention) within the CFPB.


* Assist in creating measurable action plan items and recommendations to address barriers or other workplace issues identified, with an emphasis on those action items that will have a positive impact on the workplace and will remove the identified barriers/issues to equal employment opportunity.


* Develop, document and/or administer measurement methods (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.) to include providing advice, guidance and consultation to management in the areas of research methodology, data analysis, personnel measurement, and other areas of personnel psychology.
