Restaurant Team Leader (Full-Time)

What do you need to be a Restaurant Team Leader at iasg? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B Manager to run the restaurant to a high standard, providing training to team members to ensure that they are confident in their roles and dealing with any escalated service recoveries.

You will mainly be working in the restaurant, however you will also be supporting the wider bar team - so knowledge of working in a bar environment is a benefit!

So, we are looking for someone who has…


* Availability to work 5 shifts per week (shift pattern from 6am to 4pm, and 4pm to close - 1am/2am at depending on business levels) - weekend availability essential


* Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant environment, you will be confident running a floor independently 


* Knowledge of our food and drink offering - passionate about delivering excellent customer service and customising their service to ensure they leave with a smile on their face!


* Experience of training team members, mentoring them and providing support when needed - you will have managed/supervised a large team of around 10 people on shift at a time


* Basic knowledge of cocktails/wine/spirits
