Job Description:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic accounts to meet current and projected sales volumes and revenue targets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:

Primary responsibility is to implement sales initiatives to support the company's products.

These activities will include, but not be limited to the following:


* Establish excellent working relationships with strategic accounts.


* Learn the customers business to bring further value in new product and service opportunities.


* Manage and motivate a small support team daily to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


* Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, supply chain, production, and finance for timely execution of customer priorities.


* Work with customers to forecast future production requirements and communicate the needs internally.


* Effectively communicate the company value proposition and product features.


* Negotiate pricing and contracts.


* Work with customers to maintain payment within agreed upon timeframes.


* Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.


* Stay up to date with external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.


* Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.



* Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time.


* 30% Travel Required.

QUALIFICATIONS:


* Working knowledge of the commercial vehicle market and experience including, but not limited to the following:


* Prior experience with commercial fleet vehicle sales and/or engineering.


* Have strong CRM skills.

Previous experience with Salesforce preferred.


* Participation in the development of sales strategy, marketing and presentation support material.
