Position Summary

Provides strategic leadership and direction through subordinate team of IT Leadership within ERIE's IT Data Portfolio and Enterprise applications in an Enterprise Agility environment.

Responsible to partner with Business Sponsor in the creation and implementation of ERIE's Data and Analytics Strategy.

Delivers new capabilities aligned with Enterprise strategy and secures strong partnerships with internal ERIE teams and strategic vendor partners to evolve and optimize ERIE's data capabilities.

Accountable for the performance and results of multiple related information technology (IT) data disciplines and functions.
