What You'll Be Doing


* Project Leadership: Lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring all project phases are executed efficiently and effectively.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.


* Team Coordination: Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.


* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and ensure client satisfaction.


* Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction and oversight for project design and analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Review and approve design documents, specifications, and construction plans.


* Problem Solving : Identify and resolve project challenges, leveraging your experience and expertise to develop innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes.


* Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and updates as needed.


* Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure the highest project delivery standards.

Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.


* In-Person Collaboration: Work primarily in person with a minimum expectation of four days per week in the San Francisco office.

Engage directly with the team to collaborate, learn, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
