What You'll Be Doing


* Lead Design and Analysis Tasks: You will oversee structural design and analysis, applying advanced engineering principles to develop innovative solutions for complex projects.


* Develop Comprehensive Design Documentation: Create and review detailed structural design drawings and BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and integrating innovative concepts.


* Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with project teams, including owners, architects, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.

Foster strong professional relationships and provide valuable insights across different facets of the construction process.


* Demonstrate Commitment to Excellence: Exhibit a strong commitment to quality and innovative problem-solving in all aspects of your work.

Proactively identify challenges and develop creative solutions to enhance project outcomes.


* Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication through well-organized verbal and written interactions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.


* Iterative Design Integration: Actively participate in the iterative design process, integrating feedback and evolving project requirements to continually refine and improve designs.


* In-Person Collaboration: Work primarily in person with a minimum expectation of four days per week in the San Francisco office.

Who We're Looking For


* Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; a master's degree is preferred.
