Job Description:

Analyzes inventory to ensure inventory turnover objectives are met across all sites.

Works with Materials Managers and other departments to identify areas for improvement, implements improvement strategies and reports successful completion of strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:


* Maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to meet the company's turnover objectives.


* Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports.


* Monitoring regular inventory cycle counts and scrap transactions for integrity and compliance.


* Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.


* Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.


* Coordinating with other workers to inventory consumption discrepancies.


* Ensure Plant Transfer Order Compliance (Inbound and Outbound) is maintained throughout the month, and troubleshoot as necessary.


* Ensure proper transaction execution for all inventory movements.


* Ensure all additional KPIs are compliant across all sites.


* Assist in preparation, execution, and reporting of the EOM Inventory Processes.


* Provide on-site assistance for any new warehouse implementations to ensure inventory control procedures are implemented.


* Deployment to warehouses for check-ins, process improvement, and support.


* Lead weekly Inventory calls with Materials Managers to review KPIs and metrics.


* Lead downward communication and training for process improvement.


* Frequent standing, bending, twisting, reaching, squatting.


* Ability to lift up to 45 pounds for short periods of time.

QUALIFICATIONS:


* Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, supply chain, logistics, finance, economics, engineering, or equivalent


* Minimum 5 years of experience in operation...
