has an immediate need for a Manager of Talent Resources to head up corporate-wide human resources and who will work at our corporate HQ in Research Park, Huntsville, AL.

There is a $7,500.00 hire-in bonus.

Description:

The Manager of Talent Resources (MTR) coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing corporate strategic imperatives .

The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions within the boundaries of established policies and procedures for an ISO/AS9100 quality led operation for human resource driven contracts.

The position , previously identified as HR Manager, requires a professional that successfully communicates with a variety of people with HR skills supporting federal contract requirements with defined labor categories, education, and skills mapped to corporate job titles.

The position requires the ability to collaborate with contract stakeholders as well as supporting federal audits by OFCCP, DOL, EEOC, DCMA, and DCAA.

With multiple subsidiaries with unique contract charters, the MTR must be adaptable and flexible, always learning, resourceful, and managing with a pro-active attitude.
