* Experienced and Familiar with the EV Charger Business, customer challenges & pain points, internal constraints, and opportunities within Automotive & EV Segment


* Excellent in networking and communication


* Strong people management capabilities


* Structured, agile, organized, and comfortable operating in matrix environment


* Obtain alignment and work effectively across teams and functions


* Demonstrate strong personal leadership
