Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nyköping Sweden.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our organization in Sweden and in the Nordic countries.

This role is an opportunity for Payroll Specialist and HR professional to make an impact and collaborate closely with the HR community, leaders, employees and other stakeholders in the organization in delivering payroll.

Your key responsibilities


* Payroll: handling and registration of in- and output data, controls and ensure compliance during payroll process.


* Time Management: ensure compliance and quality of time reporting.


* Development projects: work with digital and automation projects and Continuous Improvement (CI)


* Contribute to the cross-country teamwork within HR Services Nordics


* Support and guidance to stakeholders: answer inquiries and provide support to employees, managers and HRBPs, work closely with other HR Shared Service centers in the zone, etc.

About you


* You preferably have a degree in payroll administration


* You have prior experience from payroll administration


* Previous project management skills and experience from ticketing tools are an advantage


* You enjoy working with systems, reports and data and you like ensuring efficiency in processes


* Fluent Swedish and English is required

You are open-minded and enjoy working in diverse teams in an international setting and have excellent collaboration skills.
