Quality Incoming Products Inspector

What do you get to do in this position?


* This position will be a First Shift position.


* Inspect all incoming materials and products to ensure quality standards set are being met by all suppliers.


* Enter Incoming Inspection data results into SAP and SE Quasar System


* Communicate with Supplier Quality Engineer to resolve quality issues


* Inspect materials being shipped to other Schneider locations


* Support manufacturing line through providing audit support


* Perform First & Last Article Inspections as needed to support new suppliers or product lines


* Support in-house product testing requirements


* Support the production part evaluation process


* Participate in Board of Change Activities Document Control - and Quality System Management


* Integrated ISO Management System Audit support

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Associates Degree Preferred - - experience with measuring equipment and systems required


* Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma


* Quality inspection, auditing and test experience


* Experience with implementation of corrective action programs


* Product or industry-specific experience


* Strong computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Office, and Databases


* Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
