Human Resources Intern

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a HR Intern in our Tualatin (Portland), Oregon location for the Fall Semester 2024.

This intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to Human Resources world with real-life initiatives, projects and resume boosting experience within a Fortune 500 company.

What do you get to do in this "HR Intern" position?


* Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM)



* Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading Industry Practices within the HR field



* Drive Strategic HR Projects and Operations, including:



* Onboarding Program Development & Standardization for Hourly/ Shop Floor Employees



* New Hire Employee Experience



* Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies
