We are looking for an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer for MTY Plant 4 (Apodaca NL).

Responsibilities:

•Works on daily and long term problems/projects using manufacturing and Schneider Production System (SPS) tools to resolve issues

•Supports new product development projects, determines cost estimates.

•Supports process on main barriers related on tooling, fixtures, equipment design, consumables and maintenance.

•Capital expenditure proposals for new projects or process improvements .

•Apply eight types of waste to Improve process.

•Develops process, safety, ergonomic, and material handling improvement solutions trough lean manufacturing tools.

•Serves manufacturing operations as KEY SUPPORT person leading resolutions to problems, implementing improvement.

•Leading projects to completion, Tools & equipment, Lay-out process documentation (Work instructions, PFMEA, Control Plan etc).

•Contribute to the Global Smart Factory Strategy by implementing the latest technology (Augmented Reality, Data Analytics, IoT, Paperless, digital Twin, Blockchain)

Qualifications

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering field (mechanical, mechatronic, industrial).

•Relevant experience preferred +4 years

•Advanced English

•Lean Manufacturing & Line architecture Knowledge

•Kitting & replenishment process Knowledge

•KAIZEN BLITZ & VSM Projects execution

•Manufacturing time definition

•AUTOCAD Management

•Communication, self-motivation, proactivity and leadership initiative
