This position reports into Head of Skin Health & Beauty and Essential Health and will be based in Thailand.

What will you do

The Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager is responsible for the development of regulatory strategies across Asia Pacific region and provides regulatory and technical guidance on regulatory requirements to cross-functional teams within Skin Health and Beauty and Essential Health segment.

Responsibilities:


* Proactively partner with the business in strategic planning and provide innovative regulatory strategies/ direction to the business.

She/ he will ensure that regulatory requirements of markets are understood and incorporated upfront from product concept development.

This helps ensure that products are developed in a way that will facilitate prompt regulatory approvals with competitive advantages in the intended markets.


* Partner with marketing and R&D organization to develop robust and innovative claims supported with sound science, ensuring that the provided data are consistent with the required regulatory requirements and support the proposed product positioning.


* Serves as regulatory advisor in determinations of regulatory risk for products and claims across the markets in Asia Pacific.


* Partner with stakeholders to ensure regulatory documentation are available according to applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines to support markets registration.


* Work closely with clusters and key markets to monitor regulatory environment, identify external engagement opportunities, assist the local regulatory team in developing the engagement strategy to shape the regulatory environment to bring new opportunities for the business


* Collaborate with local regulatory and cross functional colleagues to mitigate issues and risk identified due to both internal or external factors, including audits, inspections, submission queries etc.


* Work with global/ regional/ local team to identify core processes and support required to ensure projects can be aggressively implemented in Asia Pacific with greatest commercial impact
