• Responsible for assigned products or product franchise.

These roles involve strategy development, promotional materials development, and new product launch activities and provide routine product trainings to sales team.

• In addition, for PM/SPM, the person should be capable to formulate and implement strategic marketing plans independently

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Work with regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies

• Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for assigned products

• P&L management and budget control of the responsible products

• Support and guide sales team members on sales objectives and marketing projects

• Lead new product launch

• Work with KOL to conclude market insight and to initiate marketing programs

• Maintain intensive working relationship with patient groups

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives

• Assist in long range plan for business expansion and development

• Work collaboratively with SFE to enhance patient access

• Relay market insight to management.

• Comply with Integrity and compliance standards Essential knowledge and skills:

• Science and Marketing education is preferred but not a must

• Bachelor's degree or above

• For PM, minimum 4 years solid & reputable experience in product management in pharmaceutical industry

• For SPM, minimum 6 years solid & reputable experience in product management in pharmaceutical industry

• Healthcare related experience might be considered as relevant
