Laborer, Grounds Maintenance "Grave Yard" - (Full Time) El Paso, TX

Immediately seeking 1 Laborer, Grounds Maintenance, experienced with pulling a 12-foot trailer.

Performs required tasks assigned by Supervisor/ Project Manager.

Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Salary Rate: $17.20/hour

Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include over-time, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Uniforms provided


* Power washing street lanes, walkways and walls with a power washer.


* Maintain grounds of industrial, commercial or public property such as buildings, camp and picnic grounds, parks, playgrounds, greenhouses and athletic fields.


* Performing one or more of the following tasks: cut grass, using walking or riding mower, trim/edges grass around walks, flowerbeds, as well as using a weed-eater.

Trims hedge, prunes shrubs/hedges using trimmers, clippers and saws.


* Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs.

Picks up leaves, litter, and debris.

Sweeps/wipes, cleans office, workshop and restrooms.


* Assist in repair of roads, walks, buildings, and mechanical equipment, and may clean comfort stations, offices, workshop areas, and parking lots by sweeping, washing, mopping and polishing.


* Must be able to operate ground maintenance equipment such as power washer, blowers, mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment to including industrial machinery.


* May perform other duties as directed by Project Manager.
