We are seeking a Software Engineering Technical Lead to play a key role within our Personal Risk Services (PRS) team in transforming our legacy infrastructure to a modern cloud stack based on API builds.

With us, you'll leverage your engineering and digital thinking mindset to influence the development and implementation of full stack engineering solutions that are robust and scalable to meet evolving business needs.

Your role will be multi-faceted, spanning stakeholder engagement, encompassing hands-on engineering, and team mentorship as you support junior to senior full stack engineers within the team as you work to build and implement innovative, often greenfield, solutions that directly impact overall user experience for our business and agency partners.

In this role, you will


* Lead and provide technical guidance to development team in implementing full stack solutions


* Design, developing front-end web apps using Angular, HTML, and CSS


* Develop and manage backend functionalities through REST APIs constructed with NodeJS and TypeScript


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective application development


* Troubleshoot and debug web applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality


* Lead rapid development iterations of feature level assignments


* Mentor Junior Engineers
