What You'll Be Doing:


* Lead the design and analysis of complex structural projects, applying your technical expertise to develop innovative, safe, and efficient solutions.


* Conduct detailed structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet or exceed all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.


* Create and review structural plans, drawings, and specifications, considering loading conditions, material properties, and environmental impacts across diverse projects.


* Collaborate with architects, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and project stakeholders to deliver integrated structural solutions that align with project goals and objectives.


* Perform site visits and structural assessments, evaluating existing conditions and identifying design challenges, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.


* Prepare and present comprehensive engineering reports, technical documents, and presentations, ensuring clarity, precision, and accessibility for both internal teams and clients.


* Leverage advanced CAD software and other engineering tools to produce high-quality structural designs with accuracy and attention to detail.


* Mentor and guide junior engineers and drafters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.


* Champion a commitment to quality and compliance, proactively addressing issues to ensure the success of each project.


* Support project management efforts, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

What You'll Bring:


* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.


* Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.


* A minimum of six years of experience in structural engineering, ideally within consulting or similar markets...
