Due to another internal promotion, this Marketing Lead role has become available.

We are seeking an engaged Product Manager to join our Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery team.

Reporting to an authentic and caring Business Unit Lead, you will have a mentor on tap and a variety of support from an experienced and tenured team.

Your role will include responsibility for a diverse range of products, including breast implants, tissue expanders, and acellular dermal matrix.

Please note, the internal role title for the role is a Product Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategies to drive double-digit growth in the portfolio

• Collaborate with Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons, General Breast Surgeons, Plastic Surgery Nurses, and Plastic Surgery Practice Managers

• Manage the full lifecycle of product marketing, from market analysis to strategy execution

• Developing key customer call strategies to identify and pursue sales leads

• Demonstration of a genuine passion for the medical device industry

• Build collaborative relationships across the wider J&J MedTech and DePuy Synthes teams

• Ensure accountability for financial targetsITS ALL ABOUT YOU
