Overview: We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media and Content Manager to join our team.

This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's digital presence through content creation and integrated strategies across social media platforms, influencer collaborations, website blog management, reputation management, and customer data platform utilization.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to leverage customer insights to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that encompass paid advertising, organic content, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement through our customer data platform.


* Concept and create engaging content (text, image, video) that resonates with our audience and maintains brand consistency.

Develop content calendar that stretches across channels and social media platforms, and balances across promotions, seasonally relevant content, and various engagement pieces.


* Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI, while always maintaining a strong understanding of performance across KPIs and objectives.


* Utilize our customer data platform to segment audiences, personalize marketing efforts, and enhance customer experiences across digital channels.


* Manage all elements of reputation management including social media moderation, store listings (Google/Google Maps, Yelp, Apple Maps, Facebook, etc..), store reviews, etc..

coordinate with the field and customer service teams to ensure they are properly equipped to manage customer feedback and escalations.


* Oversee website blog management, including content creation, scheduling, and optimization for SEO and audience engagement.


* Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement, negotiating partnerships and measuring campaign effectiveness.


* Monitor social media channels, website analytics, and customer data platform metrics to track performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to improve strategy effectiveness.
