Project Support Analyst (Field Based)

ERM is hiring a Project Support Analyst to support multi-disciplinary client accounts in Southern California (remote).

The Project Support Analyst will support with project coordination, finances, deliverable review, and miscellaneous project administrative tasks.

The Project Support Analyst will support various program management teams that contribute to program delivery as well as the interdisciplinary teams that deliver projects within the program.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of 1 year, renewable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Assist with daily tasks to support key client’s program.


* Support program management staff, including teams leading program controls and finance, resourcing and planning, and logistics support.


* Assist with the delivery of multiple project workstreams within the program.


* Assist with the development and execution of effective plans of action to run the existing program, including innovative processes to improve program functions and productivity.


* Support the development of new processes and governance to adapt to rapidly evolving program needs in a highly fluid and dynamic business environment.


* Communicate internally with the project team.


* Assist with analyzing program financial and operational metrics.

Collaborate with senior management to resolve schedule and budget problems as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS:


* Bachelor’s degree preferred.


* 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, document review, and project coordination.


* Demonstrated excellence to assist with programs that achieve client objectives.

Ability to provide outstanding customer service.


* Proven ability to support cross-functional teams including project managers, functional managers, and technical disciplines.


* Ability to work with all levels of management and employees to promote a culture of safety.


* Outstanding organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced consulting environment, as well as multiple priorities, and strict deadlines.


* Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.


* Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills in a dynamic work environment.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer and receive constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
