Data Analyst Position Summary:

The Certified Clinical Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Data Analyst position is responsible for providing critical analytical support to Integrated Healthcare projects, particularly, to CCBHC quality measures.

The CCBHC Data Analyst assists the Director in coordination, collection, interpretation and analysis of data.

This employee will also work with other QI Projects to monitor and benchmark cost, utilization and other quality and performance indicators; monitor for adverse trends; recommend modifications and corrective action; assist quality improvement project teams in design and implementation.

This position works with IT to identify solutions and meet deadlines associated critical data processes.

Data Analyst Responsibilities:  


* Data collection, analysis, and reporting.


* Develop strategies to improve data collection and outcome improvement.


* Analyzes QI data to support the QI department in identifying opportunities for improvement, e.g., analyzing performance trends and variation by key demographic strata.


* Analyze and evaluate various sources of data in support of internal customers to improve quality and further the goals and objectives of the organization.


* Monitors and analyzes outcomes to ensure goals, objectives, outcomes, accreditation and regulatory requirements are met.


* Produce and analyze reports that monitor and benchmark cost, utilization and other quality and performance indicators.


* Monitor for adverse trends, recommend modifications and corrective action.


* Identify and implement standardized monitoring tools to oversee quality.


* Communicates programs, interventions and results to external entities in accordance with applicable program objectives, policies and procedures.
