We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team and contribute to our diverse culinary offerings across various sections of the kitchen.

* Assisting in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes across multiple sections of our kitchen.


* Independent Initiative: Work autonomously and unsupervised, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle the demands of a dynamic kitchen environment.


* Cooking Mastery: Possess a general knowledge of cookery techniques, with the ability to create innovative and delectable dishes that exceed guest expectations.


* Contributing creative ideas to menu development and daily specials, showcasing your culinary expertise and passion.


* Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

What we need from you 


* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in culinary arts. 


* Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.


* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with the culinary team and other colleagues.
