Position Summary

Exercises independent discretion in handling complex and/or high exposure commercial liability claims and commercial litigation.



* The successful candidate will work from home and must reside in Eastern TN.


* The successful candidate will primarily handle complicated and/or high exposure commercial liability and litigation claims in the TN area.


* A KY license will be required within the first 90 days.

Other state adjusting licenses may be required if there is a business need.


* A company vehicle will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts investigations, evaluates and makes recommendations regarding coverage, liability, and resolution strategies.
