* 12 HOUR SHIFTS


* 6-6

Requirements:


* Arizona CNA license


* Level one Fingerprint card


* CPR

Job Duties:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization


* Documenting care provided


* Obtaining and recording vital signs


* Identifying and communicating changes with nursing


* Anticipating a safe and caring living environment


* Providing respect and dignity to our residents
