Workday HRIS Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Manager to join our dynamic HR team and drive our Workday platform to new heights.

The Workday HRIS Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing and managing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

This position requires a hands-on approach, as the manager will actively work with the system while also leading a team.

Responsible for the configuration, enhancement and maintenance of our Workday system, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization, along with implementation of new modules.

Works closely and collaboratively with HR, IS, Finance/Payroll and other departments to optimize our HRIS processes and enhance the overall user experience.

Hiring salary range for this position is $120,000/year to $160,000/year and is dependent on professional qualifications and level of experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


* Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, security administration, business process design, compensation setup, end-user experience, and reporting and analytics.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules.


* Lead or participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.


* Configure and maintain the Workday system, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent/Performance Management, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding, Expenses, Security, Integrations, and Reporting modules.


* Lead and manage the HRIS team, providing guidance, training, and support.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday.


* Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, security, and reporting.


* In-depth configuration background with two or more Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance Management, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding, Expenses.

Pay Range:
$117,725.00 - $176,589.00
