What you will do

The Cyber-Security Penetration Test Lead is responsible for leading and conducting penetration testing activities to identify vulnerabilities in computer systems and networks.

You will work closely with the security team to develop and implement effective security measures to protect the enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct penetration internal testing activities to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats in the organization's systems and networks.

• Lead and coordinate a team of penetration testers with guidance from leadership to ensure the security of projects and enterprise infrastructure

• Maintain catalog of findings and vulnerabilities dashboard

• Work with cross functional teams to eliminate security penetration testing findings

• Provide summary information for use in leadership presentations

• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of the organization's infrastructure and data.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the security team.

• Provide input on security policies and procedures to mitigate information security risks

• Analyze operational monitoring information to identify and resolve security findings

• Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on security best practices and risk management

• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure the effectiveness of security measures

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field, or equivalent work experience
