Role reports to: Vice President, Neutrogena

Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00

What you will do

The Senior Executive Assistant, Skin Health is responsible for providing administrative support in areas of expense reports, confidential correspondence, file management, travel arrangement, and office supply ordering.

You will maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.

Additionally, you will handle confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in the Skin Health organization.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as necessary.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.

• Manage confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

• Prepare agendas and materials for executive meetings and coordinate logistics

• Manage and prioritize all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions and ideas.

• Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• High School/Secondary Education or Equivalent with 4-6 years related experience.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience in a corporate environment

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
