Role reports to: Oral Care Business Unit Manager

What you will do

The Supervisor/Team Lead is responsible for managing production personnel to maximize quality and output in a manufacturing operation.

They are also accountable for achieving production targets, while maintaining cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent all Team Leaders (including those on alternate shifts) in Operational Governance Meetings (Daily, Planning, Hypercare, Union, etc.)

• Dotted-line leadership of 2nd and 3rd Shift Team Leaders.

• Share relevant information and action plans discussed in Operational Governance Meetings with 2nd and 3rd Shift Team Leaders.

• Overtime management for all shifts.

• Decision making in Planning Operational Governance Meetings based on available crewing.

• Implementation of Training Masterplan Strategy, across all shifts .

• 1st Shift adherence (100%) to Kenvue Operational Excellence Standards and requirements such as population of Plant Cockpit (or equivalent data repository), Changeover Standard Work, Clean, Inspection and "Pit Stop" tasks, Performance Management Review Meetings, Team Leader Shift Handover (3rd to 1st and 1st to 2nd) Centerlining Standards and following up on TPM tag execution, etc.

• 1st Shift execution of Root Cause Problem Solving (simple and complex) when performance targets are not met (especially OEE), during special cause situations, etc.

• Champion correct documentation and reconciliation of all Process Orders.

• People management, according with best capability and performance, to run each Oral Care packaging line.

• Provide coaching and feedback to 1st Shift personnel (direct reports and peers, as needed).

• Supervise 1st Shift operations and work to meet production targets, internal and external customer needs & expectations for quality, timeliness and cost.
