JR Brand Assistant

To be based of work located at Cali, Colombia.

Reporting directly to Brand Manager.

This is a fixed term position for 12 months.

What Will You Do?

Provide support to campaign execution and monitoring, process or product innovation ongoing during the year, monitor the processes associated with the business unit brands.

The main processes are: Budgeting control, market share results & analysis, campaign support and brand plans.

Key Responsibilities :


* Responsible for updating information on brand's critical metrics, adding value through reliable records for subsequent analysis by Managers.


* Tracks | analyzes key information regarding clients or external partners such as Nielsen, Kantar


* Follow up internal processes regarding end-to-end Product development.


* Controls the budget expenses to carry out the accurate follow-up, including the development of the end-to-end process: purchase orders, confirmation of approvals and closing of purchase orders.


* Support influencers set up according to brand strategy.


* PR agencies.


* Lead internal marketing or brand projects to develop future management skills.


* Active participation on Brand Squad sessions.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:


* Required Education: student on Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economy.

Including people who are already finishing their internship or recently finished it.

Preferred Skills and Experience:


* Soft Skills:

• Team Player, proactive, enthusiastic, passionate, resilient, innovative, positive.


* No previous experience required.

Studying in 9 - 10 university semesters.


* Other skills:

• Strong Analytics

• Critical Thinking

• Strategic thinking potential

• High learning agility


* Excel, Word, Power Point and social media.

Preferred Skills and Experience:


* Language: English Level: 90%
