Key Responsibilities:


* Develop advanced multi-specific biotherapeutics, emphasizing the use of preclinical findings and clinical biomarker data to address primary and secondary resistance mechanisms and improve clinical outcomes


* Apply platform technologies to support the development of outstanding clinical assets


* Contribute to continuous improvement of existing platforms


* Design and conduct in vitro experiments with scientific rigor to support portfolio progression


* Provide scientific leadership and function as a subject matter expert in Immunology and Oncology


* Build positive partnerships with therapeutic areas to co-develop novel biotherapeutics


* Manage resources to maximize efficiency and expedite project progression

Education:


* Ph.D.

in immunology, cell biology or a related field is preferred

Experience and Skills:
Required:


* A minimum of 8 years related experience in drug development, including target discovery and validation is required


* Expertise in biotherapeutics development, including multi-specific biologics, cytokines, and other immune modulators is required


* Experience in advancing biologics from early discovery to clinical development is required


* Experience in translational research is required


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities is required


* Strong publication record in top-tier journals is required


* Demonstrated leadership in driving innovation in a highly matrixed environment is required


* People Management experience is required
