Account Management (IC) Sr. Advisor, Hybrid, Express Scripts

The Sr.

Account Executive manages the overall contract and relationship with Clients.

This position is the owner of the strategic renewal plan, development of long term account strategy and leads the growth & retention of clients.

The Sr.

Account Executive is responsible for leading the identification of business solutions for clients, creating and delivering SPARC (Strategic Planning & Review Consultation) decks and how to hold PBM meetings with their clients.

They are also responsible for presenting and coordinating global initiatives, then to be rolled out to their clients.

The Sr.

Account Executive engages and coordinates with Express Scripts' extended service team to maximize client's success.

They also provide field support as needed at key client meetings and finalist presentations to help reinforce pharmacy expertise and capabilities.

They share best practices to contribute to the development of others and provide forward-thinking leadership designed to move the business forward and lead projects/corporate initiatives.
